Hi you needed to request the membership as explained on that post, but no worries, i manually activated you.

I'm on the usergroup page, but I'm not seeing exactly where I "apply" or click "submit". Can you please help?

You should normally see a radio button on the right of the chipsounds group as well as a submit button in the lower right part.

I've checked with a couple of different board styles and can see it with both.

If you do not see that, which browser are you using?
