Can I make this Amiga kind of sound with Chipsounds...

Postby rutgermuller » Sun Nov 07, 2010 7:08 pm

Hi Chipsounders,

I love a lot of sound that commodore amiga trackers produced with samples.

I'm looking for a way to make the lead synth sound you hear at 2:34 on this track: http://8bc.org/items/music/syphus-oldendays.mp3
I've trying with SID and PWM, but haven't completely figured it out yet. Any help would be great!

Thanks greatly!

Hi!

Without knowing which tracker this is from its a bit hard, but from my ears, I think you could mess whit the AY sync busser or the DMG wavechannel for some similar 'wavetable PWM"

Like at the end of this demo
