plug-in won't register

i try to register my copy as standalone or plug-in version. after registering i got a message that everything is registered to my name, but after a restart of chipsounds i have to register gain. i deleted everything and installed it agai, try to register and the same problem stays....

i use it on a mac

This is weird. Would you be so kind as to help us track down the issue with a few tests?

1)close chipsounds.
2)run it again
3)drag the key
4)take a snapshot
5)close app
6)follow the steps here: http://www.ariaengine.com/faq/index.php ... artlang=en
7)send the logs at support at plogue.com

We will investigate with the info contained in the tar.gz and screenshot file you send us.
