Change in forum policy

Thanks to some wonderful spammers posting messages as soon as they registered with a valid email address, the registration system has been
changed to admin activation. This means that we'll need to activate your account before you can post which hopefully shouldn't occur much
later after you register.

Sorry about that but waking up every morning hoping that there's not 43 spamming messages (and resulting topic reply notifications) as well as
checking for it several times a day, 7 days a week has its limits.
