Personally, I'm for the idea of being able to trigger a voice with a load of parameters containing info for pitch, velocity, pan, cutoff, legato, bitcrush dry/wet (whatever). But I appreciate this is not the framework that currently exists in bidule. I guess that this design doesn't gel to well to midi-like events with specific keys, but it would be very useful nevertheless.
Maybe there could be a two-pronged approach to dealing with polyphonic groups... midi-style or round-robin style. Could they coexist happily?
As ever your implementations are thoughtful and refreshingly different, so we're all ears for what you think.
