MIDI File Looper

Standard MIDI file player. Use MIDI files loaded into the Mediapool. This module is also a sync source. Loop players and other modules synched to is should follow all bpm and time signature changes embedded in the file. The Speed parameter can be used to slow down or accelerate the playback of the file. Note: the Speed parameter has no effect if the Looper is synced to a source.

MIDI File Player

Standard MIDI file player. Two versions are currently available, the merged tracks and non merged (up to 32 tracks) versions. In case of doubt use the "merged" version and split the outputs using a Channel Splitter. This module is also a sync source. The Speed parameter can be used to slow down or accelerate the playback of the file. Note: the Speed parameter has no effect if the Looper is synced to a source.

MIDI File Recorder

Standard MIDI file recorder. When synced and recording is enabled, the actual recording will only start at the beginning of the next bar.

  • File: select the file name and location for recording
  • Recording: stops/resumes recording
  • Current take/Elapsed time: statistics on the current recording
  • Create new files for each record: create a new file appended with the take number on every start of recording
  • Add recorded file to Mediapool: automatically add the recorded file to the Mediapool once the recording stops
