Retrieve a lost license key


When purchasing a Plogue product, buyers receives an e-mail with a personalized key attached. The e-mail also contains a link for downloading the key. This link will expire after a period of 14 days.
Users that have lost their license key can search for this e-mail received from MyCommerce/share-it.

If you still have a computer where your installation still show you your license card, you can also copy it from there

Windows:
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Plogue Art et Technologie, Inc\[product name]\[product name]_license.png

macOS:
[your username]/Library/Application Support/Plogue Art et Technologie, Inc/[product name]/[product name]_license.png
(you might need to hold the option key with the Go menu of Finder opened to quickly go to your user Library folder)
