To save the visible group in the patchbay, right click the patchbay and select Group:Save current group. To save a selected group, right click on the group you want to save and select Group:Save selected group.

Once a group is saved, it will be accessible in the Palette under the "Groups" tree item. To change its name, rename it using the group properties dialog.
